Assistant: “Sure. May I have your full name, please?”

You: “My name is Rahul Sharma.” (pause)

Assistant: “Thanks, Rahul. Could you please share your mobile number?”

You: “My number is 98765 43210.” (pause)

Assistant: “Which doctor would you prefer — Sandeep, Suhas, or Nishchay — and what time suits you?”

You: “Dr Sandeep at 4 PM, please.” (pause)

Assistant: “Perfect. I’ve noted your appointment for tomorrow at 4 PM with Dr Sandeep. The clinic will confirm shortly.”

Tip: Pause for about 1 second after speaking so the assistant can respond.
